Red Road Leadership specializes in consulting and training services for Native American Tribes, Indian organizations, non-profits and government agencies such as the BIA and HIS for the last 25 years. Red Road Leadership has trained numerous staff, supervisors and Tribal leadership and can custom design any training to insure you and your staff receive the best possible results. Our goal is always to deliver exceptional services with a high standard of integrity to a number of Tribal organizations and agencies in the lover United States, Alaska and Canada.

The president of Red Road Leadership is Willie Wolf, an enrolled member of the Cheyenne River. He also has a Masters in education and another Masters in public administration with an emphasis on Tribal administration. Mr. Wolf has worked with over 200 Tribes across the United States over the last 25 years. He is a certified trainer with Franklin Covey and Associates and is also certified with HRDQ, a leading human resources training firm. Mr. Wolf has presented at NIHB, NIEA, NICWA and the National Native American Human Resource Association. Mr. Wolf is recognized as one of the top trainers in Indian country.
